Shipping policy

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat charge of ₹79 applies, shown before you pay.

Cash on delivery is available at no extra charge.

In-stock orders are dispatched within one to two working days. Metro PIN codes typically receive in two to four working days, and the rest of India in four to seven.

You will receive the courier name and AWB number on your order page as soon as the parcel is picked up.

Delivery estimates are working days and exclude Sundays and public holidays. Courier delays outside our control are not grounds for a refund of the shipping charge.

Please check your address and PIN code before placing the order. We can change an address only before dispatch. A parcel returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available can be re-sent at the customer's cost.
