The terms on which we sell to you.

Complaints and grievance officer

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If an item is out of stock or mispriced we will contact you and refund in full rather than dispatch.
All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. The struck-through price shown against a product is the manufacturer's maximum retail price.
Your account
You can order with or without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself: anything done while signed in to your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Only orders placed while signed in appear on your account. Orders placed without signing in are not added later, even with the same email or mobile number; you can still follow them with Track order.
We may switch off an account that is used to misuse the store. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings.
Fitment information
The fitment list on each product page is our best information for the listed models. Variants, facelifts and aftermarket bumpers vary. If you are unsure, contact us with your registration details before ordering.
Fitting a product is your responsibility. Vehicle lighting modifications must comply with the Central Motor Vehicles Rules. Some products in this catalogue are intended for off-road or private use only, and it is the buyer's responsibility to check what is permitted on public roads.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for consequential loss, including damage caused by an incorrect installation or by fitting a product to a vehicle it is not listed for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
